Workshop · 16:00
Music Behind the Frame
A practical workshop on the role of music in film, and on the process of writing music for a moving image. How does music change the way we read a scene? When should we hear it — and when does silence say more?
Small group, two 45-minute sessions with a break, in the post-production room at UBC Studio. Not a lecture: examples and practical tasks.

Plovdiv in Short Film
The first of three themed nights: Plovdiv as place, history, atmosphere and inspiration for independent film. Four Bulgarian shorts by Plovdiv authors — two fiction, two documentary.
