Bulgaria has everything a filmmaker might need. UBC Sound & Cinema uses a unique model of working with independent artists to be able to offer realization of any part of the process of creating a sound & cinema content in an organic independent nature.
"Independent" is our motto and our mission. We offer a multitude of services not by owning the people who provide them but by empowering them through their independence. Call it a symbiosis.
If you need studio equipment that we currently don't have — such as specific microphones, software or other specialized gear — feel free to reach out. We're happy to accommodate custom requests or help source the right equipment for your production.

Most studios are shaped by the engineers who run them – steering projects based on their own methods, not always aligned with the client's vision. UBC Studio will flip that model where you're in control. Whether you're an experienced creative or just starting out, the space is yours to explore, experiment, and learn by doing. True inspiration doesn't follow a time schedule – it often strikes at midnight, long after most studios have shut down while the most honest work happens when you're free to follow your own rhythm.

It's very simple. We've created what we needed while we were still working on "Umbilical Cord". The truth is that we lost a lot of time trying to deal with technical limitations instead of concentrating on the creativity of filmmaking and filmmaking is a creative process in the first place. When the film was completed we felt it as a mission and responsibility – Having gone through all the difficulties, to build a bridge for the people that will walk the same path after us.
